Chapter 01
The Night & The Source Material
Built from recovered demos, unfinished sessions and preserved ideas, From Sunset to Sunrise carries the raw energy of the night from which the project originally emerged.
It is the central reconstruction and the source material for the entire Recovery Collection: the night energy, club memory, and melodic trance vision before the music opens into natural daylight.
Official news updates from March 2002 confirmed the intention: "2002 wollen wir auf jeden Fall ... das Album fertigmachen."
Though the project stopped before completion in 2002, the archived recordings survived for over two decades until being completed in 2026.
Chapter 02
The Recovery
More than two decades later, the original digital vaults were opened. Recovered demos, archived sessions, and original ideas were meticulously extracted from obsolete media formats.
The material was reconstructed in 2026. The goal was never to modernize the sound beyond recognition, but to complete the vision exactly as it was intended during the golden era of melodic trance.
