Chapter 01
The Lost Record
In early 2002, Escanor was moving toward a full album release. Following the success of the initial singles "Are U Ready" and "Open Your Eyes", the project had gained significant momentum across European charts and major compilations.
Official news updates from March 2002 confirmed the intention: "2002 wollen wir auf jeden Fall ... das Album fertigmachen."
The project stopped before completion. The album was never released. The material remained unfinished, scattered across DAT tapes, hard drives, and archived sessions for over two decades.
Chapter 02
The Recovery
More than two decades later, the original digital vaults were opened. Recovered demos, archived sessions, and original ideas were meticulously extracted from obsolete media formats.
The material was reconstructed in 2026. The goal was never to modernize the sound beyond recognition, but to complete the vision exactly as it was intended during the golden era of melodic trance.
